Terms and Conditions for Pravinncabs Rental Services
Welcome to Pravinncabs! By booking and using our cab rental services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
1. General Terms
- Service Provider: Pravinncabs is a cab rental service offering transportation solutions for customers traveling within and between cities, including airport transfers, outstation trips, and local rides.
- Eligibility: Customers must be at least 18 years old to book a cab with Pravinncabs. By making a booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Agreement: These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Pravinncabs. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: Bookings can be made via our website, mobile app, or customer service helpline. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment: Full payment or a partial advance (as specified) is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other methods specified Pravinncabs.
- Pricing: Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking fees). The final fare will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary due to route changes or unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. No refunds are provided for no-shows.
3. Service Details
- Pickup and Drop-off: Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations. Pravinncabs is not responsible for delays caused incorrect information.
- Travel Time: Estimated travel times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
- Vehicle Condition: Pravinncabs ensures all vehicles are well-maintained and clean. However, minor wear and tear do not qualify for refunds or discounts.
- Driver Conduct: Our drivers are trained professionals. Any complaints regarding driver behavior should be reported to Pravinncabs within 24 hours of the trip.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Luggage: Customers are responsible for their belongings. Pravinncabs is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.
- Behavior: Smoking, consuming alcohol, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited in our cabs. Customers must treat the vehicle and driver respectfully.
- Damage: Any damage to the vehicle caused the customer (e.g., spills, tears) will incur a repair/cleaning fee, payable immediately.
- Capacity: Overloading beyond the vehicle’s specified capacity is not permitted. Extra passengers or luggage may result in refusal of service or additional charges.
5. Additional Charges
- Tolls and Taxes: Tolls, parking fees, and state taxes are not included in the base fare unless specified and will be added to the final bill.
- Waiting Time: Free waiting time is limited to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this, a charge of ₹50 per 15 minutes may apply.
- Night Charges: Trips between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM may incur a 20% surcharge on the base fare.
6. Liability and Safety
- Limitation of Liability: Pravinncabs is not liable for delays, missed flights, or other inconveniences caused traffic, weather, or external factors. Our maximum liability is limited to the fare paid for the trip.
- Safety: Customers must follow safety guidelines, including wearing seat belts. Pravinncabs is not responsible for injuries resulting from non-compliance.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for service disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
7. Refunds and Disputes
- Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Non-refunded amounts (e.g., cancellation fees) are non-negotiable.
- Disputes: Any disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the trip via email or our helpline. Pravinncabs will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
8. Privacy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, contact details, payment info) solely for booking and service purposes. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required law.
- Communication: By booking, you agree to receive transactional updates and promotional offers from Pravinncabs. You may opt out at any time.
9. Termination of Service
- Pravinncabs reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if a customer violates these terms, poses a safety risk, or fails to make payment.
